1. MATER DEI 2-0 

Monarchs are 2-0 in Trinity League after frosh QB Elijah Brown threw for four TDs in 49-7 win over Orange Lutheran leading to this week’s big game.

2. SERVITE 2-0 

Friars gave it full effort, including Tetairoa McMillan’s eight receptions second-half receptions, but could not match St. John Bosco’s talent and speed in 38-28 loss.

Malachi Nelson-to-Makai Lemon combo productive again in Griffins’ 27-20 win over Edison that makes them 2-0 in Sunset League.

James Bohls, Ashton Whitsett ran for TDs and defense made big plays in 41-7 win over Aliso Niguel.
