Freshmen students touring the campus of California State University Fullerton. Students who qualify for admission at California State University but are turned away will be guaranteed a slot at one of the CSU campuses under a state budget deal approved this week. The policy is similar to a guarantee offered by the University of California, which offers high school graduates that qualify for admission but are rejected a spot on another campus, typically UC Merced.
