The center on he Irvine campus is designed to help low-vision patients navigate. It has an outpatient surgery center and will conduct clinical trials. Wednesday is the ribbon cutting. We will go on a tour of the building before the formal program begins. It opens to patients Sept. 16. A parking permit is required, which I have forwarded to Michele and Kari to be passed along. Park in the nearest lot with the permit.
