Brea-based AST Sportswear will add more than 120 manufacturing jobs to its payroll as it expands into Los Angeles after leasing the former American Apparel facility in Hawthorne. The two-story building, at nearly 100,000 square feet, is owned by Liberty Property Trust. AST signed the lease in late 2016. (Courtesy of Cushman & Wakefield)
