Looking for a subletter to replace a roommate who's moving out early for the remainder of our lease (until Sept 1) with the possibility of signing another year lease.
Up for rent: the master bedroom w/private bath ($1200/mo) in a spacious 3BR with a large living area, 2 car garage + laundry units, and huge back yard - complete with a wraparound patio, hammock, and produce gardens.
Our priority is finding the right person that fits the vibe of our home. We're looking for a male, mid 20s-early 30s, 420 friendly, no pets, no couples. Be clean, responsible, and down to kick it.
We enjoy cooking together, smoking together, playing board games or some PS4, and staying active. The yard is going to see some use hosting BBQs this summer, and there are often jam sessions or board game nights at our place. We're also a few blocks away from Barley Forge if you're into local brews, as well as the Camp and the Lab.
About me: I'm mid-twenties, marketing professional, musician, love to play soccer, rock climb, and cook. Originally from Louisiana, I lived in NYC(brooklyn) for three years before moving to CA.
Roommate #2: Late 20s, full time law student at UCI. From Chicago, where he got his Master's degree. Usually studying, but also loves to cook, stay active, read, and talk politics.
